There is a new withdrawal limit of 10.000 USD per day and 100.000 USD per month. The conversion rate to USD is fixed at the time of the withdrawal. For example: if a user withdraws 6.000 USD in BTC, that user account has 4.000 USD remaining to withdraw any other coin for the rest of the day. The limit is cleared every day at 00:00hs UTC.

Users that need to withdraw more are required to go through a KYC process to verify their accounts. Please contact support if you need to verify your account.
