You will be banned if you don't follow these rules:

1. Use the appropriate language for the room you are in (e.g. English in the "English" room).
2. Be polite.
3. Be respectful.
4. Don't share referral links.
5. Don't spam.
6. Don't impersonate SouthXchange personnel.

In some cases, the system will not ban you right away, but instead, you will be disconnected as explained here.

New unverified users (registered within the last 7 days) can only chat in the 'Newbies' room. Verified and older users can use any room.

Also, users can temporarily ban other users by clicking the user nick in the chat room. You just pay 0.001 SXCC per ban second (the minimum amount is 10 minutes = 0.6 SXCC)
