How do I deposit coins?Updated 2 years ago

Go to Wallets and pick the coin you want to deposit. When you are into the coins wallet, select Deposit and you will find your coin wallet address. This is the address where you receive the selected currency/coin, and it is the one required on the withdrawal platform.

Have a look at this example on BTCs wallet:

To deposit BTC, you will need to copy this address and paste it in the withdrawals pane of the platform/wallet where you have your funds. The QR Code is also available for direct deposits to this address.

When you withdraw in the other platform, is extremely important that you choose the right network for the currency used, if you place any network you want and it is not available on SouthXchange, you will lose your deposited assets, so please, verify the network carefully.

The networks available for each coin are listed in parentheses next to the name of the wallet. If there is no clarification, it means that the coin only uses its network. For example, ETH only uses the Ethereum network (ERC20). If you search for Shiba Inu, you will be able to see that they have the ERC20 and BEP20 net available separately.
